Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown - New Game
A brand new game has been released recently on 18 January 2024 which is set in the Prince of Persia universe. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is developed by Ubisoft Montpellier and published by Ubisoft in around three & a half years. This game is a major release after the 2010’s Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands which was a major game back then.

Gameplay
Prince of Persia: Returns is a fantastic fit for the 2D Metroidvania format. This brand new game offers a good platforming system and fighting, this game focuses on accuracy & sharp controls that are consistently enjoyable. This game uses a 2D perspective throughout the whole game and it makes it challenging to put down the controller because of the smooth movement, exquisite animations and designs and various ways to use the map.
Story
The story of The Lost Crown is based on Persian mythology with a focus on adventure and a cast of interesting characters. The central characters of the game are the Immortals, a troop of seven superhuman fighters sent to the Mount Qaf to free Ghassan, the kidnapped prince of Persia & Sargon the youngest and most aggressive member of the group. You play as Sargon who wants to prove his worth to the Immortals and to find his mentor, who is thought to be behind the kidnapping.
The length of this game is set to around 25 hours approximately and if you want to complete the entire game with all the side quests then it might take around 30 hours. And the length may vary with the difficulty level you select to play.
Cons
The visuals of the game are generic nothing extra ordinary with underwhelming graphics. Some glitches are there which are expected to go away with future updates.
Pro
This game had crazy boss fights and amazing controls which is very seamless. A large world to explore and a great journey to enjoy, great platforming action and combat & many more.

Overally, it is a great game to start in 2024 which already receiving both good and opposite reviews from players. Play it now to have your personal experience with the game.
